Developers, architects and designers with real, verifiable projects. You claim your firm, we confirm you’re authorized to represent it, and the badge and workspace go live.
What can I manage?
Your firm’s projects: rewrite their descriptions and add new developments. Edits go live right away and every one is tracked. If an edit breaks our data standards we revert it and send a strike; three strikes pause a firm’s editing.
Is TMW Pro included?
Yes. Every seat on a Verified Firm account gets full TMW Pro: the live map, the Dashboard, unlimited TMW Intelligence with Deep mode, and the weekly brief.
Can I manage more than one firm?
Yes. Apply for each firm you represent. Agencies and PR teams often manage several clients from one account, and each firm is its own $700/month plan.
How does approval work?
Apply with a few details about you and your firm. We confirm you represent the firm, usually within a day, and email you. Pay on the approval page and your badge and workspace switch on right away. We set up your teammates with you.

- Cancel anytime from your account in one click. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access through the period you already paid for.
- All sales are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
