The 10-story hotel development is part of a larger mixed-use complex, designed by Baker Barrios, featuring the 28-story DoMo at Cass Square apartment building. This building offers 360 apartments, over 45,000 square feet of amenities, 586 parking spaces, and 32,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.

Dynamic's CEO, Roshan Amin, expressed excitement about their second project in Tampa, highlighting the collaboration's focus on community and hospitality. LD&D's managing partner, Diego Bonet, envisions Cass Square as a vibrant hub that enhances the quality of life in downtown Tampa, fostering connections among its neighborhoods.

The groundbreaking for the apartment tower and hotel is planned for the Summer 2024. Miami's Coastal Construction, renowned for major Tampa projects like Water Street Tampa towers and the Ritz-Carlton Residences, is the general contractor for the apartment tower.

The contractor for the Element Hotel is still to be announced. LD&D is also planning a $115 million mixed-use tower near Tropicana Field in downtown St. Petersburg, indicating a significant expansion in the Florida real estate market.
