St. Petersburg's skyline has reached a new milestone with the topping out of The Residences at 400 Central. This 46-story tower, standing at 515 feet, is now the tallest residential building on Florida's Gulf Coast.

The Catsimatidis family, including John Catsimatidis Jr., president of Red Apple Group and developer behind The Residences at 400 Central, attended the event, and reaffirmed the company's commitment to Florida and its plans for future developments.
John Catsimatidis Sr. revealed plans to replicate the project's success in St. Petersburg, confirming that the company has identified a new location, with a pledge to invest an additional $2 billion in Florida.
The mixed-use development, expected to be completed by the middle of next year, features 301 luxury condominiums, ground-floor retail, and commercial office space.
