Kyma is officially bringing its signature modern Greek dining to Downtown West Palm Beach this December, marking the restaurant group’s first expansion outside New York and one of the city’s most anticipated culinary debuts of the year. Known for its celebrated locations in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, Hudson Yards, and Roslyn, the team is introducing a two-level, 14,000-square-foot concept anchored by sweeping Intracoastal and ocean views, vibrant nighttime energy, and a rooftop experience unlike anything currently in the city.

Set at the center of downtown at the Spina O'Rourke + Partners-designed, 300 Banyan tower, Kyma West Palm Beach is designed around three distinct spaces: Kelari, the main dining room inspired by classic Greek wine cellars; Avli, a lively bar and open-air courtyard that channels the welcoming spirit of the Greek home; and Terazza, a 6,000-square-foot rooftop perched high above the skyline with 360-degree views of West Palm Beach and Palm Beach. The first floor spans 8,000 square feet, while the rooftop creates a soaring, coastal-modern destination that shifts from sunlit afternoons to DJ-driven nights.

True to Kyma’s aesthetic, the interiors blend whitewashed wood, blue accents, and natural textures, creating a bright, airy setting by day and an elevated nightlife atmosphere after dark. The restaurant will host dynamic programming throughout the year, including a monthly Mykonos Brunch launching in January, plus special events, DJ nights, and a full-service events team equipped to handle weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations. Offsite catering will debut in February 2026.

Kyma West Palm Beach will feature the brand’s renowned menu of modern Greek cuisine, including fresh Mediterranean fish flown in daily and a lineup of signature dishes such as Kyma Chips (crispy zucchini and eggplant with tzatziki), grilled octopus, saganaki, whole Lavráki branzino, lamb chops, and shrimp Santorini with tomato and feta. The beverage program brings back Kyma favorites like the Lychee Martini and Kymatini, alongside cocktails including the Aphrodite, Spilia, and Pure Passion.

“Our concept celebrates the rich traditions of Greek cuisine while weaving in the energy and creativity that has defined us in NYC. We’re so excited to join this vibrant community and share the flavors, hospitality, and warmth of Greece with West Palm Beach locals and visitors alike,” said Ryan Tarantino, Director of Operations.

Kyma will open in phases, beginning with Kelari and Avli on the ground floor, operating daily from 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The second phase will unveil the rooftop Terazza, open Sunday–Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and Thursday–Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Lunch service will follow in 2026.
