Miami’s next boutique residential concept is officially rising in West Brickell as Botanic Residences moves toward completion, introducing a nature-inspired, design-forward living model built around flexibility, efficiency, and modern urban lifestyle.

Developed by Forth Development in partnership with MICL and designed by CLA+D Architecture, the eight-story boutique building will deliver a limited collection of 51 fully furnished residences in one of Miami’s fastest-evolving urban corridors. One- to three-bedroom layouts feature open floorplans, contemporary finishes, smart keyless entry, and integrated lighting, with interiors shaped by natural tones and organic materials that emphasize calm, efficient living within the city.

Construction has officially topped off, marking a major milestone as the project advances toward its planned completion. A defining feature of Botanic Residences is its unrestricted rental model, allowing owners to lease daily, monthly, seasonally, or long-term — creating rare flexibility for both personal use and income potential in Miami’s residential landscape.

Amenities are designed for modern hybrid living, including a resort-style pool deck, fitness center, coworking lounge, library space, and private meeting areas, supporting both lifestyle and productivity within a boutique environment.

Located in West Brickell near the Miami River, Downtown, and Brickell’s core, Botanic Residences places residents within minutes of the city’s financial, cultural, and dining hubs while maintaining a more intimate, design-driven residential scale. As Miami continues evolving toward flexible and lifestyle-focused housing, Botanic Residences reflects a new generation of boutique development — compact, efficient, and built for the way the city lives today.
