Sales have officially launched for Ziggurat, a sculptural new development by The Allen Morris Company, bringing 19 exclusive boutique residences and more than 100,000 square feet of Class-A office space to the heart of Coconut Grove. The mixed-use project also opens leasing for 40,000 square feet of curated retail and dining, anchoring a 1.7-acre site at the intersection of Grand Avenue, Matilda Street, and Florida Avenue.
Designed by internationally acclaimed Oppenheim Architecture, with interiors by Collarte Interiors and lush landscaping by Naturalficial, Ziggurat’s stepped, stone-clad form rises organically from the Grove’s iconic canopy.
At its core is a limited collection of just 19 residences—each with private elevator access, soaring 11-foot ceilings, deep terraces, and refined finishes including European oak floors, travertine stone, Italian-designed kitchens, and integrated smart-home technology. Residences range from approximately 1,254 to over 5,000 square feet, with layouts thoughtfully designed for privacy, natural light, and volume.
Above the residences, five floors of commercial space will house the future headquarters of The Allen Morris Company—underscoring the firm’s long-term commitment to the neighborhood. Ziggurat’s rooftop will serve as both a resident and public experience, featuring a hydrotherapy pool, private cabanas, and a chef-driven restaurant with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay.
At street level, the project prioritizes connectivity with a network of pedestrian paseos, a landscaped courtyard, and the return of Grove Laundry & Cleaners—a beloved local business operated by the Espinosa family since 1961. The development also includes planned contributions to the revitalization of nearby Kirk Munroe Park and enhancements to Fuller Street, reinforcing Coconut Grove’s walkability and vibrant public realm.
Combining iconic architecture with thoughtful community integration, Ziggurat redefines what a mixed-use development can be—uniting luxury living, modern workplace design, and neighborhood engagement within a single, sculptural landmark.
