Its design also features an open-style kitchen with a unique DJ booth and an outdoor patio that accommodates 55 guests.

“At Pink Steak, we aim to create a dining experience that is both interactive and immersive, ensuring that every detail is perfect for our guests,” stated Gremaud. Leading the culinary team as executive chef is Aaron Black, known for his previous roles at Pistache French Bistro and PB Catch in Palm Beach.

Pink Steak's menu offers a fresh take on traditional steakhouse dishes, infusing them with a distinct Florida flair. Highlights include coconut lobster bisque, jumbo lump crab salad, patatas bravas, and the signature Pink Flamingo Martini, alongside a selection of prime steaks and chops like filet, NY strip, ribeye, tomahawk, and wagyu.

The joint venture of Chefs Julien and Aaron is driven by their shared passion for culinary arts, aiming to foster community appreciation for exceptional dining experiences. This sentiment is reflected in the craftsmanship and creativity evident in Pink Steak's offerings.

Chef Julien Gremaud, who began his culinary journey as a dishwasher in St. Tropez and later became an executive chef at notable establishments in South Florida, also owns two other acclaimed restaurants in the region: Avocado Grill in West Palm Beach and Avocado Cantina in Palm Beach Gardens, both celebrated for their unique culinary approaches and accolades from the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival, Florida Trend Golden Spoon, and Opentable.
