Banyan Tree unveils its first U.S project in downtown West Palm Beach

Banyan Tree has officially entered the United States, and it’s happening in the heart of West Palm Beach.

Mast Capital, in collaboration with Curated JCZM Development and Banyan Group, has unveiled Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach—an 88-residence tower that introduces the globally renowned hospitality brand’s first-ever U.S. development. Located at 400 Hibiscus Street, just steps from CityPlace and the Intracoastal, the project positions itself at the center of one of the country’s fastest-evolving luxury markets.

“West Palm Beach is emerging as a global residential destination – one defined by permanence, cultural depth, and long-term vision. This residential project reflects a highly deliberate collaboration with an unprecedented group of visionaries aligned around a singular ambition and shared pursuit of design excellence, enduring quality, and a deeply considered approach to living, developed to resonate for generations and contribute meaningfully to the future of West Palm Beach.”

The development brings together one of the most high-profile design teams to land in West Palm Beach, with architecture by OMA, interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, and landscape architecture by Enzo Enea. Every residence is designed as a corner unit, maximizing light, airflow, and views through multi-directional exposures and expansive wraparound terraces, with most homes featuring direct private elevator entry.

“Banyan Tree Residences represents a pivotal moment for West Palm Beach, pairing an exceptional downtown address with the renowned legacy of Banyan Tree,” said Josh Simon, Co-Founder and Partner of Curated JCZM Development.  “The brand’s expansion into this market underscores the city’s emergence on the world stage, offering residents an experience that is both deeply connected to place and unmistakably international in character.”

Through The Sanctuary Club, owners will enjoy preferred access to Banyan Group’s global ecosystem of more than 100 hotels and resorts and over 140 spas and galleries across more than 20 countries, with exclusive privileges and bespoke experiences that extend the West Palm Beach lifestyle onto the global stage.

Residences range from one to four bedrooms, including a limited penthouse collection, with pricing starting at $1.9 million and sales led by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. Amenities extend the Banyan Tree lifestyle into a full residential setting, including a resort-style pool, private arrival experience, and a wellness-focused offering anchored by a spa with treatment rooms, cryotherapy, and a hammam.
