Bespoke Real Estate has appointed Richard Finley III as Chief Financial Officer, continuing the firm's strategy of building the company behind the world's top advisors.

Since co-founding Bespoke in 2014, CEO Zachary Vichinsky has taken a deliberately different approach to building a luxury brokerage. Rather than pursuing agent count or broad market expansion, the firm has remained focused on serving the top of the luxury market across the Hamptons, Manhattan, South Florida, and beyond. To date, Bespoke has represented more than $12 billion in $10 million-plus residential sales, including five transactions exceeding $100 million, while maintaining an average sale price of approximately $27 million.
"Rich has spent decades building sophisticated real estate businesses from the inside," Vichinsky said. "He understands what it takes to build organizations that last, and his experience strengthens our ability to support the world's top advisors while preserving what makes Bespoke different."
As Chief Financial Officer, Finley will lead Bespoke's financial strategy while strengthening the systems, processes, and operational infrastructure supporting the firm's continued growth.

For Finley, Bespoke's disciplined approach was what stood out.
"The best companies know exactly who they serve. That's what impressed me about Bespoke," he said.
Finley brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience across real estate investment, development, finance, and operations. Throughout his career, he has served as President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Investment Officer, leading organizations generating more than $100 million in annual revenue, overseeing real estate portfolios exceeding $500 million, underwriting more than $400 million in acquisition and development opportunities, negotiating more than $150 million in acquisitions and developments, and leading the refinancing of a $180 million mixed-use hospitality asset.
