Prosper Group, a visionary real estate development firm led by Jay Roberts, and the more than a century-old Belgian firm, Versluys Group, have officially unveiled America's first-ever Bugatti Residences in Miami.

Marking Versluys' first U.S. development, the firms assembled three parcels at 99 SW 7th Street, 66 SW 6th Street and 625 SW 1st Avenue for $50 million, buying out a portion of what had been Newgard Development Group and Two Roads Development's One Brickell Riverfront site. The site will rise 60 stories with more than 300 feet of direct river frontage throughout. Brandon Haw Architecture is designing the tower with ODP Architecture, and the project carries a reported $650 million price tag with delivery targeted for 2028.

“Bugatti Residences Miami unites one of luxury’s most respected brands with a city shaping the future of high-end real estate," said Jay Roberts, CEO of Prosper Group. "Miami has become the global epicenter for wealth migration, institutional investment and sophisticated living, with Brickell embodying the prime, waterfront site that is central to Prosper Group’s development strategy. It is a natural home for Bugatti’s branded residential debut in the United States.”

What Bugatti brings is 115 years of a specific kind of restraint. The marque has spent that history refining hypercars rather than diversifying into hospitality or real estate, and its own language around the Miami project leans on that same discipline, describing the building as an extension of "art, form, and technique". Miami becomes the brand's first residential address anywhere, a distinction that puts real weight behind Prosper CEO Jay Roberts' decision to hold the brand name back for nearly a year while the deal itself came together. Rhodium joins Prosper and Versluys as a partner on the reveal.

Interiors are envisioned by internationally acclaimed design studio Yabu Pushelberg, led by Interior Design Hall of Fame inductees and BoF 500 members George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg — a portfolio that spans Aman, EDITION, Four Seasons and Rosewood.

Brickell's branded-residence market has been on an unbelievable trajectory in the last five years, running from Cipriani to St. Regis to Pagani to newer entrants borrowing names from fashion and art, and Versluys COO Peter De Decker has framed the Bugatti partnership as the point of differentiation Prosper needed in that field: European manufacturing pedigree applied to a market that, according to industry tracking, still trails only Dubai globally in branded-condo volume.
