In the dynamic neighborhood known for its cultural pulse, the Arts & Entertainment District of Miami, a new architectural project has commenced. This venture, Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia, is the brainchild of the Related Group and Alta Developers, both with roots in Miami.
The striking 56-story tower at 1400 Biscayne Blvd. will house 319 residential units. These units, varying from one to four bedrooms, exude the sophistication of the iconic Italian design firm B&B Italia, which lends its name and style to the project.
The renowned Arquitectonica firm has put its signature on the building's design, with Piero Lissoni overseeing the aesthetic of the interiors. Prospective residents have the option of selecting from a collection of furnishing packages meticulously curated by B&B Italia, ensuring a seamless transition to their new homes.
With over 80% of these residences already claimed, the market's eager reception is evident. Nick Pérez, at the helm of the Related Group’s condo division, heralds Casa Bella as a pinnacle of luxury living, infusing the neighborhood with a design-centric residential experience.
Initial sales commenced in January 2022, with prices of the standard residences beginning at $550,000 and ascending to $2 million. The market's evolution has since adjusted the entry price for the remaining residences to $1.2 million. The pinnacle of luxury within Casa Bella are the 10 penthouses, which include unique two-story and three-story configurations, some boasting private pools.
A two-level expanse of amenities awaits residents, featuring a diverse array of comforts from an elegant event space and a wine vault to a wellness center and co-working space. The outdoor spaces are equally lavish, with a landscaped pool deck, a yoga lawn, and a Mediterranean café, all designed by Enzo Enea. Atop, a secondary pool offers panoramic views. An Italian restaurant is slated to grace the 4,580 square feet of commercial space at street level.
Coastal Construction, a Miami firm, is steering the construction, with an anticipated completion date in 2025. Fortune International Realty is orchestrating the sales campaign.
This project emerges amidst a surge in luxury residential construction in Miami, a city increasingly favored by affluent individuals and families seeking premium living experiences.
