At its core is a rerouted championship course by Tom Weiskopf, including a dual-green par-3 overlooking the lake. The 20,000-square-foot clubhouse anchors the property with a restaurant, bar, wine cellar and event space.

Other amenities include the Lakehouse with docks, a floating waterpark and private StanCraft cruises, the Outpost fitness complex with racquet sports, rock climbing, sauna and cold plunge, and the Reserve Lodge with sporting clays, archery and access to 5,500 acres of surrounding wilderness.

A data-driven health program developed in partnership with Clinic 5C adds IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, infrared sauna and personalized optimization plans, reflecting a broader shift toward longevity-focused club living.

Real estate is expanding alongside the amenity buildout. The Fairway Lodges, a collection of 24 turnkey residences along the 17th fairway, start around $2 million with move-ins expected in 2026, alongside custom homesites from $535,000 and additional lakefront residences in development.
