When acclaimed Peruvian chef Jaime Pesaque debuted NUNA inside Four Seasons Hotel Miami one year ago, the restaurant arrived as a temporary residency — a defined window for one of Lima's most internationally recognized culinary voices to bring his signature contemporary-Peruvian approach to South Florida. Twelve months in, the residency has officially earned a permanent home. NUNA is marking the milestone with two special evenings of dining — a two-night MAYTA collaboration beginning Tuesday, June 23, and a full anniversary celebration on Thursday, June 25 — that also frame the restaurant's transition into Four Seasons Miami's permanent dining offering.

The MAYTA x NUNA Collaboration Sit-Down Dinner runs over two nights and brings the team from Chef Jaime Pesaque's internationally recognized Lima restaurant directly into the NUNA dining room. The limited menu showcases MAYTA's signature dishes alongside select NUNA favorites — a one-time opportunity to experience two of Pesaque's celebrated culinary concepts under the same roof. Reservations are available through OpenTable.

MAYTA, based in Lima, is internationally recognized for Pesaque's modern interpretations of Peruvian gastronomy, anchoring his global culinary footprint across South America, Europe, and now North America. NUNA at Four Seasons Miami is Pesaque's Miami expression of that same philosophy — classical Peruvian ingredients and technique reimagined for South Florida — and the first year has been a proof point for the concept, ultimately earning the move from limited engagement to permanent fixture.

The Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, June 25, marks the full transition and closes out NUNA's first year of programming. The evening features chef-driven stations, passed culinary offerings, signature cocktails, live entertainment, and special anniversary experiences threaded throughout the room — a more festive, walking-around format than the seated MAYTA dinner. Reservations are available through OpenTable.

With the permanent transition now in place, NUNA settles in as one of Miami's most distinct hotel-restaurant offerings — a chef-driven Peruvian concept inside one of the city's most established luxury hotels, carrying the international profile of one of Lima's signature culinary names into a permanent South Florida home.
