Fort Lauderdale’s Las Olas Boulevard is welcoming a new culinary destination this October with the debut of Worthwyld, an elevated all-day dining concept rooted in the belief that food should never come with tradeoffs. Founded by David Coba, former CEO and co-founder of European Wax Center, Worthwyld brings a commitment to clean, natural ingredients and thoughtful preparation that defines its signature philosophy: Food Uncompromised™.

Every dish is made to order in a scratch kitchen, with a menu built around vegetables, grains, nuts, and grilled proteins. Butter, cream, and fried preparations are left out to let natural flavors shine, while sauces are crafted fresh every two days and select ingredients are even cultivated on-site. Local partners such as Gran Forno and Gelato&Co contribute artisanal breads and desserts, extending Worthwyld’s dedication to integrity and quality.
The expansive menu spans shareables, soups, salads, bowls, handhelds, and desserts, alongside smoothies, organic açaí bowls, and a curated beverage program with cocktails, zero-proof options, and wines. Highlights include the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with mozzarella, arugula, parmesan, and walnut pesto on ciabatta; the seared Steak Salad; nutrient-packed Whole Grain Bowl; and indulgent pancakes topped with granola and fresh fruit. A kids menu and daily-made gelato round out the offerings.

Worthwyld’s approach to service blends the speed of fast casual with the attentiveness of fine dining. Guests can order seamlessly via QR codes for a quick visit or enjoy personalized table service with the support of table-side ambassadors and call buttons. The 4,500-square-foot restaurant seats up to 190 across a sleek interior, full-service bar, and open-air patio, designed with modern minimalism, earthy accents, and abundant greenery for a setting that feels both vibrant and grounded.
Located at 350 E Las Olas Blvd., Worthwyld will be open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday until 11:00 p.m.
