Nashville’s Edley’s Restaurant Group, the second-largest restaurant group in the city, is preparing to introduce a new concept that expands its growing local footprint. Edley’s Tacos, led by founder Will Newman, is described as a “south by southwest” concept and marks the latest move from the team behind Edley’s Bar-B-Que and Pancho & Lefty’s Cantina.

Edley’s Restaurant Group has built one of Nashville’s most recognized local restaurant portfolios. Edley’s Bar-B-Que, founded in 2011, has grown to 11 locations across Tennessee and Illinois, serving its signature Nashville-style barbecue, while Pancho & Lefty’s Cantina introduced the group’s “NashMex” concept with tacos, burritos, bowls, and margaritas across its Sylvan Park and Melrose locations.

While the group has not publicly shared further details, the launch of Edley’s Tacos signals another evolution for one of Nashville’s most established homegrown restaurant brands, with more information expected as the concept moves toward opening.
Edley’s Tacos will take over the Sylvan Park Pancho & Lefty’s space at 4501 Murphy Rd.
