P Hospitality Management has spent the past eighteen months opening one Broward County restaurant after another. The latest is Ember & Vine, an all-day, globally-minded dining concept opening Monday, July 27 at Sawgrass Center in Coral Springs — the husband-and-wife group's third Broward County opening since March 2025.

Conceived by co-owners Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli, Ember & Vine is built around what the operators call an "intentional where we can be, indulgent where we should be" philosophy — a polished-but-casual room dedicated to seasonality and made-in-house preparation, with a menu of shareables and small plates designed to work across breakfast, brunch, post-work pours, and dinner. The format leans globally-minded across a single concise menu rather than dividing day-parts, with the goal of making the restaurant equally suitable for a weekday business lunch, a date night, a family gathering, or a casual drink at the bar.

The menu is still in development ahead of opening day, but a handful of dishes have been previewed. Christina's Crudité arrives as the table's show-stopping centerpiece. Tuna Bombs come with avocado, ginger, and sesame. Hearth Bread is built on a Roman-style Pinsa with whipped herb ricotta and local honey. Miso Black Cod is served with crispy rice, wakame, and sake soy butter. Beef Short Ribs lean East with a scallion pancake, tamari, and sesame finish. The lineup is built for the table — pass plates around, order a little of everything, find new favorites across visits.

The Sawgrass Center space has been redesigned around social dining and event flexibility, with a full-service dining room, a vibrant bar area, group-friendly seating zones, and dedicated room for private events and celebrations under one roof. Updated finishes and new design elements reset the room as a polished neighborhood destination, with the layout encouraging the kind of cross-table movement the menu's shareable structure is built for.

Ember & Vine marks P Hospitality Management's third Broward County opening in eighteen months — following Eddie & Vinny's Coastal Italian in Coral Springs (March 2025) and Dear Olivia in Parkland (August 2025) — and joins the group's broader Florida portfolio, which also includes Prezzo Boca Raton, Amante's in Deerfield Beach, and a fourth Eddie & Vinny's location opening in Palm Beach Gardens this fall. The opening is expected to generate close to 75 new front- and back-of-house positions in Coral Springs.

With doors opening Monday, July 27 at 5920 Coral Ridge Drive, Ember & Vine arrives as a meaningful new entry in Coral Springs' dining rotation — and one of the clearest signals yet that P Hospitality Management is building a serious multi-restaurant operator footprint across South Florida.
