Four Seasons has announced a new hotel in Sevilla, deepening its presence in Spain through its partnership with Spanish real estate investment firm Blasson. Four Seasons Hotel Sevilla is slated to open in 2028.

The hotel will occupy a landmark building on Plaza Nueva, in the city's Arenal Quarter. The central location places it near several of Sevilla's UNESCO World Heritage sites, including the Sevilla Cathedral, the Archivo de Indias and the Royal Alcázar.
Four Seasons Hotel Sevilla will offer approximately 55 guest rooms across an intimate, five-story setting. The building, which dates to the mid-20th century, will undergo a complete revitalization before opening, with guestrooms reimagined around skyline views and open-air terraces. Accommodations will range from 430 to 1,260 square feet, including a Presidential Suite. Architecture will be led by Madrid-based Lamela, with interiors by Belén Domecq.
The hotel will introduce three dining and gathering outlets open to guests and locals: a street-level restaurant with direct access to Plaza Nueva, a rooftop restaurant and bar with city views, and a ground-floor lounge. Additional amenities will include a spa, a fitness center and a rooftop swimming pool overlooking the city's historic skyline.
The Sevilla project builds on Four Seasons' existing properties in Madrid and Mallorca, marking its continued expansion in Spain. The city draws nearly five million annual visitors and sits 2.5 hours from Madrid by high-speed rail, with an airport serving a growing number of European and international routes.
