Four Seasons is officially bringing its first standalone private residences in Colorado to Denver, and it has picked the city's most established luxury neighborhood to do it. Cherry Creek, A Four Seasons Private Residence, has just been unveiled and will put 42 homes in an eight-story building on Detroit Street in Cherry Creek, where a dedicated Four Seasons residential team will run 24-hour concierge, housekeeping, and in-residence dining with no hotel anywhere in the building. The homes will run from one-bedroom layouts to three-bedroom residences of up to 6,000 square feet, all of them beneath a rooftop amenity level set aside for the people who live there, and they build on the brand's existing presence in the Denver community.

The building at 215 Detroit Street is the work of global architecture firm 10 Design, which has drawn an eight-story facade of articulated masonry, metalwork, natural stone, and large expanses of glass, layered so that it changes with Denver's light through the day while framing views of the city. Interiors come from Tihany Design under Principal Alessia Genova, built on warm materials and craftsmanship. The 42 residences will be offered in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts spanning 1,260 to 6,000 square feet.

Four Seasons announced the residences together with 215 Detroit Street Cherry Creek Property LLC, a consortium of Wexford Real Estate Investors, Stillwater Capital, Zabel Investment, and Brue Baukol. Wexford Real Estate Investors is based in West Palm Beach, run by Joe Jacobs and Phil Braunstein, and manages a portfolio with a market value of roughly $1.5 billion. Stillwater Capital, a Dallas-based firm founded in 2006, has developed more than 10,000 residential units and 10 million square feet, including PGA Frisco and Haggard Farms. Brue Baukol Capital Partners, founded in 2011, has acquired and developed more than $3.5 billion in real estate assets.

There is no hotel or resort attached to the residences, and the amenities will belong exclusively to the people who own them, with Four Seasons service layered on top. The residential team will be led by a Director of Residences, with valet among its services alongside the concierge, housekeeping, and in-residence dining. "Four Seasons standalone residences allow us to serve homeowners in the places they want to build their lives, and Cherry Creek is a perfect example of that," said Chris Meredith, Group Head of Residential at Four Seasons. "As we expand in Denver, we look forward to partnering with Wexford, Stillwater, Zabel Investment and Brue Baukol to bring a new lifestyle experience to Cherry Creek and welcome residents to experience Four Seasons genuine care as part of their daily life."
The amenity program will include a spa with steam, sauna, cold plunge, hydrotherapy, and treatment rooms, along with an outdoor pool and sun deck. A club lounge will hold a bar and a fireplace, and residents will also have a garden-view library and a private dining room. The rooftop amenity level will sit above the city as a private retreat, with spaces for leisure and for entertaining.

Cherry Creek is Denver's most established luxury neighborhood, known for its high-end shopping, acclaimed restaurants, galleries, and wellness destinations set along walkable, tree-lined streets, and the residences will give owners access to the Cherry Creek Trail as well. "Cherry Creek has a character all its own: sophisticated, walkable and distinctly Denver," said Phil Braunstein, Managing Principal of Wexford Real Estate Investors. "Our vision is to create a residential experience that feels deeply connected to the neighborhood's identity while setting a new standard for service and design. We are excited to bring these first-of-their-kind residences to Cherry Creek and offer a new residential lifestyle in Colorado."
Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales and marketing exclusively, and the 42 homes are being brought to market through that team following the October 30 unveiling.
