GAIA Residences is bringing a new residential presence to Hollywood, rising 18 stories between the Atlantic Ocean and the Hollywood Beach Golf Club with a focus on wellness-driven living and expansive views across both water and fairways.

Gaia introduces approximately 238 residences, ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts, with floor-to-ceiling glass and private terraces designed to orient each home outward toward either the golf course or the coastline.

Positioned along Federal Highway just minutes from the beach and Downtown Hollywood, the site connects two of the area’s most defining landscapes while remaining within one of South Florida’s most active coastal corridors.

Inside the building, nearly 72,000 square feet of amenities are distributed across multiple levels rather than concentrated in a single space, shaping a more continuous day-to-day experience.

Wellness anchors the program, with spa suites, hot and cold plunge pools, fitness spaces, and recovery areas complemented by rooftop lounges, multiple pools, and social spaces that shift from quieter environments to more active gathering points.

Ownership extends beyond the building itself, with access to the Hollywood Beach Golf Club and a nearby beach club, effectively linking golf, ocean, and residential living into a single, connected lifestyle. That structure reflects a broader shift across South Florida, where new developments are being designed less around standalone luxury features and more around how residents move between spaces, routines, and the surrounding environment.
