RDM Hospitality, the Austin-based group led by co-founder and CEO Raj Kumar, is officially opening Guest House and RSVP, its ultra-lounge concept, in Aspen this New Year's Eve. GRAMMY Award-winning DJ and producer Cedric Gervais has joined the company as a partner in the Aspen location, marking the brand's fifth location and its first in Colorado, after Austin, Las Vegas, Scottsdale, and a Dallas room slated to open in November.

The address is the former Madame Ushi space, and the plan puts both halves of the brand under one roof. Guest House will be the dining room, RSVP the lounge that carries the night past dessert, and the 220 seats are meant to move a table from dinner into late-night cocktails and entertainment without anyone leaving the building. Kumar's group bills itself as a management company built around experiential restaurant and entertainment concepts.

The kitchen will serve the brand's New American cooking, comfort food inspired by nostalgic favorites and built on seasonal ingredients, with a craft-forward cocktail program beside it.

Guest House describes itself as a social dining and wine garden concept, and the room will be programmed for the whole arc of an evening: happy hour, date nights, celebratory dinners, group gatherings, and the late-night occasion that follows. The founding idea, in the company's words, is that dinner can be more than a meal and can span the entire night. The company credits design, cocktails, and music for the rest, and the format is the same one that opened in Austin in spring 2024.

The partnership pairs RDM Hospitality's dining portfolio with Gervais's career in global nightlife, and he will be a partner in Guest House Aspen alongside Kumar. "Guest House has created something special by bringing together great food, cocktails, music, and energy in a way that feels effortless," Gervais said. "Aspen is the perfect setting for that experience, and I'm excited to be part of what Raj and the RDM Hospitality team are building and to help bring it to this market."

Kumar frames the town as the obvious next stop for a brand that has so far lived in big Sun Belt cities. "Aspen is a natural next step for Guest House," he said. "It's a destination that understands hospitality, energy, and experience, and we're excited to introduce Guest House and RSVP in a way that feels distinctly Aspen while staying true to what we've created with the brand. Having Cedric involved in this location makes it even more exciting as we continue to evolve Guest House and expand into new markets."

Guest House Aspen opens at 415 E Hyman Ave on December 31, with dinner in the Guest House dining room and late-night cocktails and entertainment in RSVP. It is a fast clip for the brand behind it. Austin opened in spring 2024, Las Vegas followed in 2025 and Scottsdale in 2026, and Dallas is slated for November. A Houston location is slated for the first quarter of 2027, with more markets to be announced, and Aspen is the first of the five that is not a major metro.
