These changes include the addition of decking over portions of the Metro-North tracks and I-95 to improve connectivity and the re-cladding and modernization of the adjacent parking garage into a mixed-use facility featuring a rooftop photovoltaic array.

A multi-purpose plaza with green public spaces and new raised crosswalks will also be created to reorganize vehicle flow. The project is expected to position New Rochelle as a forward-thinking catalyst for growth and downtown revitalization.
