Inside the new Loot Grocery in West Palm Beach

West Palm Beach has a new everyday destination—and it’s redefining what a neighborhood market can be. Now open in the Flamingo Park District, Loot Grocery brings a thoughtfully curated approach to food, built around real ingredients, transparent sourcing, and products you can trust.

Founded by Ellyn Zylstra, Loot Grocery was created with a simple goal: remove the guesswork from grocery shopping. Every product on the shelves is there for a reason, from pantry staples and snacks to fresh items and specialty goods.

Nothing contains artificial ingredients, seed oils, gums, dyes, or synthetic preservatives—just real food, chosen with intention. “We keep it simple—real ingredients only,” Zylstra says.

Loot also partners with ORQA Health to offer chef-made, farm-sourced to-go meals, along with fresh organic produce, eggs, and cheese from Paradise Farms in Homestead. The result is a neighborhood market that feels personal, modern, and genuinely useful—bridging the gap between health, convenience, and quality.

Designed as a welcoming community space, Loot Grocery emphasizes the connection between food and wellness, producers and shoppers, and neighbors across West Palm Beach.

Loot now joins a fast-growing lineup of standout brands reshaping the Flamingo Park District under the vision of Greg Welteroth Jr. The neighborhood has quickly become one of West Palm Beach’s most exciting pockets, anchored by Higher Order—the hyper-exclusive day-to-night wellness club—alongside Steak Shop, The Tox Palm Beach, and the forthcoming Michelin-level dining concepts Midorie and Emelina.

Adding to the momentum is West Palm Walls, an immersive outdoor art destination filled with large-scale works from a rotating roster of artists, quickly emerging as Flamingo Park’s answer to Wynwood’s iconic arts district.
