Knotel is officially bringing its design-led Work Club concept to the United States, choosing Miami’s Wynwood Arts District for the brand’s first domestic location with the opening of Knotel at Wyncatcher this December. Set to launch just ahead of the holiday season, the nearly 40,000-square-foot destination marks a major expansion for the global flexible workspace operator and signals a new chapter in how modern professionals work, connect, and create.

The Miami opening follows the success of Knotel’s Work Club at London’s historic Old Sessions House, adapting the hospitality-driven model to Wynwood’s creative, international energy. Located at Wyncatcher, the two-story space is designed to function as more than an office—positioning itself as a cultural hub for entrepreneurs, executives, creators, and fast-growing brands navigating the realities of hybrid work.

Built around flexibility and experience, Knotel at Wyncatcher will feature bespoke private offices, shared work environments, and Work Lounges designed for both collaboration and focused productivity. The destination also includes a rooftop terrace and an on-site restaurant and bar concept by Cotidiano Group, the Guadalajara-based hospitality brand known for culturally grounded dining experiences.

Knotel leadership points to Miami’s evolving business ecosystem as a key driver behind the launch. With its growing role in international finance, trade, and creative industries, the city has become fertile ground for workspaces that blend professional infrastructure with lifestyle flexibility and social connection.
Design plays a central role in shaping the experience. The interiors are intentionally tuned to reflect Wynwood’s artistic character while maintaining a sense of balance and adaptability throughout the day—supporting everything from quiet individual work to larger-scale gatherings and brand activations.

Art and cultural programming are embedded into the Work Club model as well. Knotel at Wyncatcher will host a rotating art program showcasing both emerging and established artists, effectively transforming the workspace into a living gallery that evolves alongside the community it serves. Members will also have access to curated events, cultural programming, and hospitality-driven services, including premium food and beverage, concierge support, and networking-forward activations.

As flexible workspace continues to shift toward experience-led environments, Knotel’s U.S. debut positions Miami as the launchpad for a more lifestyle-integrated approach to work—one designed to match the pace, creativity, and connectivity of how business is actually done today.
