Kolter Urban and Perko Development Partners have launched a $39.7 million full-floor penthouse at Maison d'Or, taking the entire 19th floor of the South Flagler Drive tower. At 10,190 interior square feet across four bedrooms and nine bathrooms, it's the largest single expression yet of a building built around scarcity from the start: just 39 residences total.
Maison d'Or sits in a quiet, walkable stretch of West Palm Beach's South End, directly across the Intracoastal from Palm Beach Island and Mar-a-Lago, with Worth Avenue and Royal Poinciana Plaza a short trip away and a residential character the developers describe as close-knit.
Eleven-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass frame panoramic views running from the Intracoastal Waterway to the Atlantic, taking in Palm Beach Island and the West Palm Beach skyline from both directions, sunrise on one side of the residence and sunset on the other. Expansive terraces extend the interior outward for entertaining, the kind of indoor-outdoor scale that only a full-floor plan can genuinely deliver.

10 Design is handling architecture, with interiors by HBA and landscape architecture by EDSA. Building amenities lean into the same private, hospitality-driven register as the residence itself: an elevated waterfront pool deck, private dining and entertaining spaces, a cocktail bar, a wine tasting room, wellness and treatment areas, a screening theater, a virtual sports simulator suite, and a dedicated dog spa.
