Maman, a French-inspired bakery from New York City, opens doors in CityPlace

Maman, the beloved French-inspired café with roots in New York City, just opened their doors in CityPlace West Palm Beach today, Monday, August 12. Maman, which translates to "mother" in French, is a reflection of the founders' cherished childhood memories in the kitchen and the recipes their mothers created.

The café's ambiance is carefully curated, featuring imported French antique furniture and decor inspired by the provincial South of France. Custom-made hanging light fixtures crafted from seashells and natural materials, hand-stenciled floors and walls, and whimsical floral installations. In addition to its beautifully decorated interior, Maman West Palm Beach boasts a spacious outdoor seating area.

The menu offers a wide array of choices, including coffees, teas, juices, freshly baked pastries, sandwiches, tartines, salads, soups, and classics like daily quiche, omelettes, Belgian waffles, overnight oats, and more.

Maman also features a seasonal croissant in addition to its staple offerings like plain, almond, pistachio chocolate, and pain au chocolat. To cater to the South Florida market, they've included area-specific items such as the honey lavender latte and guava mint lemonade.

Happy hour at Maman West Palm Beach will be a daily affair, running from 3 to 6 p.m. on weekdays and 4 to 6 p.m. on weekends, featuring $8 classic cocktails and wine.

Service style will vary depending on the day. Weekdays will feature counter service, while weekends will offer traditional, seated brunch service.
