Margit Brandt and Premier Estate Properties expand to Banker’s Row with new Palm Beach office

Premier Estate Properties has just announced the expansion of its presence on the island with a new flagship office on Royal Palm Way—the prestigious Banker’s Row. The new office, located on Royal Palm Way, will be exclusively led by powerhouse agent Margit Brandt and her growing team, marking a strategic move that cements Premier’s influence in one of America’s most competitive luxury markets.

Set to open this fall, the 1,550-square-foot ground-floor space brings Premier Estate Properties to the epicenter of Palm Beach’s financial and real estate corridor. The firm now boasts two prominent locations on the island—Worth Avenue and Banker’s Row—each serving as a cornerstone for its elite clientele and operations.

“We can’t think of a better place to establish our first storefront, brick-and-mortar presence than Banker’s Row,” said Brandt. “It’s a symbol of commerce, elegance, and prestige. This space will serve not just as an office, but as a home base for our clients and a collaborative hub for our growing support team.”

Since joining Premier in 2022, Brandt has quickly become one of the nation’s top real estate advisors, surpassing $1 billion in individual sales volume. Her notable achievements include multiple $50 million and $100 million transactions, as well as playing a key role in Florida’s two largest residential deals of 2023. Brandt also placed fifth in The Real Deal’s 2024 Palm Beach County broker ranking, with $319.3 million in on-market sales.

The expansion comes at a time when Premier Estate Properties is firmly solidifying its reputation as a leader in ultra-luxury real estate. “Opening on Banker’s Row is not just about expansion; it’s a strategic move to align our presence with the heartbeat of Palm Beach’s financial and real estate community,” said Carmen D’Angelo, Broker and Owner. “This address places us exactly where our clients’ business, investments, and lifestyles intersect—ensuring we remain the first call for those buying or selling at the very top of the market.”

Brandt, who launched her real estate career on Palm Beach Island in 2019, said the new location allows for both privacy and proximity. While Premier’s Worth Avenue office is located along the island’s main retail corridor, the new Royal Palm Way address provides a discreet, easily accessible space for her high-profile clients—many of whom value privacy away from the tourist flow.

The space is currently undergoing a full renovation, led by a hand-selected interior designer to reflect both the Premier brand and Brandt’s refined aesthetic. The office is zoned for real estate and banking and places the firm shoulder-to-shoulder with hedge funds, private equity firms, and other high-level financial institutions that call Banker’s Row home.

Premier signed a four-year lease for the space beginning August 1. Once open, it will serve as a long-term base of operations for Brandt and her dedicated team of five staff members.

As the exclusive Palm Beach Island affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, Premier Estate Properties continues to deliver world-class service, global exposure, and unmatched market expertise. With this new addition, the firm’s portfolio now includes seven offices across South Florida—including Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Delray Beach, and Vero Beach—with the Banker’s Row expansion marking its latest milestone in a legacy of excellence.
