Meliá Hotels International has announced its return to Miami with Meliá Miami Brickell, the brand’s first-ever Branded Residences in the United States. Developed in collaboration with Urban Network Capital Group, the project marks a milestone moment for the Spanish hospitality group as it reenters the Miami market for the first time since operating ME by Meliá Miami, which closed in 2018.

Located at 1120 SW 3rd Avenue, just minutes from Brickell City Centre, the 110-residence property will blend Meliá’s signature hotel service with the privacy and ownership of a luxury home. The result is a fully serviced lifestyle concept designed for modern city living—offering residents access to world-class amenities including an infinity pool, wellness center, concierge, and elevated dining experiences, all within an intimate, boutique-style atmosphere.
Design plays a central role in shaping Meliá Miami Brickell’s character. The common areas will feature the refined aesthetic of Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, known for its nature-inspired, Latin American elegance, while Concepto Taller de Arquitectura | Interior Design will oversee the residences, creating interiors that balance sophistication with everyday comfort.

Wellness remains at the core of Meliá’s philosophy, woven throughout each detail—from curated art and custom furnishings to the holistic lifestyle programs that will define life within the building. Owners will also benefit from a flexible rental program managed by Meliá Hotels International, allowing residences to function as both personal sanctuaries and luxury accommodations for travelers.
The launch builds on Meliá’s growing Branded Residences portfolio, joining landmark developments such as ME Dubai and Gran Meliá Villa Le Corail, with upcoming projects in Seychelles and Montenegro. With this debut, Meliá strengthens its U.S. presence—alongside INNSiDE New York and Meliá Orlando Celebration—signaling a bold step forward for the brand’s evolution in the premium hospitality and real estate space.
