META Development has officially appointed The Nicolas Group at SERHANT. as the exclusive sales and marketing partner for OPUS Coconut Grove, as the boutique residential project moves toward a targeted early 2026 groundbreaking following the recent closing of its construction loan.

Located in the heart of Coconut Grove, OPUS is a limited-edition luxury residence consisting of just 12 homes and two penthouses, each designed to deliver discreet waterfront views and a residential experience intentionally scaled for privacy and livability. The appointment marks a key milestone for META Development’s first Miami release, reinforcing momentum as the project transitions from planning to construction.
OPUS reflects META Development’s core philosophy: prioritizing intimacy, architectural clarity, and residential-quality living over scale. Rather than competing with the skyline, the project translates the footprint, flow, and discretion of a single-family home into a refined vertical form, allowing for expansive layouts, generous outdoor spaces, and highly personalized amenities. Architecture throughout is defined by proportion, restraint, and a strong connection to place.

“At META Development, we’ve been very intentional about what we build and who we build for,” said Andrew Rasken, CEO of META Development. “OPUS isn’t trying to compete in the skyline. It’s rooted in the idea that homes should feel quiet, pure, and beautifully made. We build for a specific buyer who values access, privacy, and community, and The Nicolas Group’s deep understanding of that buyer made this partnership a natural fit.”
Led by Angel Nicolas and Ale Alfonzo, The Nicolas Group at SERHANT. has emerged as one of Miami’s most respected teams for boutique, low-density, lifestyle-driven residential developments. Their focus on architectural nuance, market precision, and hands-on advisory work positions them uniquely to represent a project as intentionally designed as OPUS.

“OPUS stands out as one of the most thoughtfully conceived boutique buildings in Miami,” said Angel Nicolas, Founder of The Nicolas Group at SERHANT. “From the architectural pedigree to the villa-inspired layouts, every detail reflects deliberate planning. META Development is raising the bar for functional luxury, and we’re proud to represent the project as it moves toward groundbreaking.”
The project is already more than 50 percent sold, with residences beginning at approximately 1,900 square feet and pricing from $3 million. Amenities include a rooftop pool and lounge, spa and fitness center, private business room, outdoor lounges, a children’s playroom, and an advanced autonomous parking system by KLAUS featuring independent EV charging for each residence. Completion is currently scheduled for Q4 2027.

Designed by architect Kobi Karp with interiors by Brazilian architect and designer João Armentano, OPUS blends villa-style living with a refined, urban-organic design language that emphasizes outdoor flow, privacy, and timeless simplicity. Each corner residence includes expansive wraparound terraces and seamless indoor–outdoor transitions.
OPUS Coconut Grove marks META Development’s debut in Miami, with the firm’s next project, Colette in Brickell — a five-story, 38-residence luxury condominium — to follow.
