His culinary journey has taken him from Mito, Japan, to prestigious kitchens in Detroit, Chicago, Las Vegas, and beyond, earning him numerous accolades along the way including Okada, a famed Japanese restaurant, for Steve Wynn at the Wynn Las Vegas.
Joining Yagihashi in this venture is Jonathan Fox, a distinguished chef whose impressive career spans over 35 years and includes the launch of over 20 successful dining concepts including Takashi opened Okada, a famed Japanese restaurant, for Steve Wynn at the Wynn Las Vegas. Fox brings vast experience and deep knowledge of the culinary industry, which have culminated in the creation of Kasumi, alongside partner Yagihashi.
