At the heart of the interiors is acclaimed New York design studio Meyer Davis, led by Will Meyer and Gray Davis. Their vision captures Proper Hospitality’s distinct design language: layered, sophisticated, and rooted in a strong sense of place.

“We wanted to create a dialogue between the city and home—an experience where communal spaces reflect the energy of Midtown while remaining timeless and inviting,” said Will Meyer, Co-Founder of Meyer Davis Studio.

Drawing inspiration from Miami’s light and landscape, the design balances elegance and warmth with a hospitality-driven sensibility. Natural stone, wood, and plaster form the foundation of the palette, while greenery, sculptural furniture, and curated art infuse personality. The result: spaces that move fluidly from social to serene, with an emphasis on comfort, functionality, and connection.

Residents will be welcomed through a 16-foot-high lobby gallery, anchored by museum-quality art, travertine and flagstone floors, and mirrored bronze columns. The lobby layers intimate library nooks with custom banquettes, velvet and mohair seating, stone tables, and green mosaic-lined planters that seamlessly bring the outdoors in.

Amenities extend across a 40,000-square-foot tropical pool deck with a signature restaurant and bar, complemented by panoramic views of the Miami skyline and bay. Wellness-focused offerings include a state-of-the-art fitness center, Pilates studio, yoga and meditation garden, pickleball courts, spa pool, and more. Social spaces range from a coffee bar and events lounge to a kids club, screening room, co-working hub, and a communal vegetable garden designed by Naturalficial.
