This expansion is supported by a $35 million refinancing loan secured from BridgeInvest, facilitated by Berkadia’s Scott Wadler and Michael Basinski. The new addition, named Wyncatcher II, will transform the warehouse into a modern commercial hub for events, office, and retail spaces, designed by Vagabond Architecture.
