Naftali Group has officially tapped The h.wood Group—the powerhouse behind Delilah and The Nice Guy—to bring a private members club and signature restaurant to Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale, anchoring the 45-story tower in Flagler Village as both a residential address and a citywide social hub. Viceroy represents the first branded residential project in Fort Lauderdale from Viceroy Hotels & Resorts and Naftali Group, rising roughly 500 feet at one of the most coveted crossroads between Flagler Village and Las Olas Boulevard.

The combined concepts will span more than 15,000 square feet inside the tower, with interiors designed by Built Inc. The space is envisioned as a destination in its own right, focused on elevated cuisine, craft cocktails, live music, and immersive social programming designed to draw in residents and the broader downtown crowd alike. In today’s luxury residential market, this type of hospitality is no longer ornamental — it’s a demand driver, shaping buyer decisions and long-term value.

The restaurant and private club are designed as two distinct yet complementary experiences. The public-facing restaurant will serve as an all-day and evening destination, while the members' club will offer a more intimate environment with its own menu, private lounges, and curated cultural and social events. Viceroy residents receive automatic access, seamlessly extending daily life beyond their front door and into a purpose-built social ecosystem within the building.

Owners will also be enrolled in The h.wood Rolodex, the brand’s coveted, application-based membership program. Rolodex members receive priority reservations, invitations to private events, complimentary cocktails, tastings, and curated dining experiences across h.wood venues nationwide — embedding a national lifestyle network directly into the Fort Lauderdale address.
“Partnering with The h.wood Group brings a new energy to Fort Lauderdale, elevating the nightlife, dining and overall lifestyle with live music and immersive experiences the city has been waiting for,” said Danielle Naftali, Executive Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Design at Naftali Group.

Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale includes one- to four-bedroom homes, studios through expansive residences, each with open-concept layouts, floor-to-ceiling impact windows, and generous private terraces that celebrate indoor-outdoor living — a hallmark of South Florida lifestyle design. Kitchens are appointed with premium Italian cabinetry and high-end appliances, and primary suites offer sweeping views of the downtown skyline or Atlantic horizon.

Across more than 30,000 square feet and 35+ curated amenities, residents enjoy an elevated suite of spaces designed for wellness, entertainment, social connection, and relaxation. Highlights include:
Private residential-only and resort-style pool decks with cabanas, floating daybeds, and full-service attendants
Spa and wellness facilities with fitness studios, a juice bar, and meditation spaces
Indoor/outdoor lounges, game rooms, karaoke, and screening rooms
Private dining and wine rooms, botanical garden lounges, and rooftop fire pit areas
Exclusive access to a Viceroy Beach Club — complete with chairs, umbrellas, and concierge service

Strategically positioned between Las Olas Boulevard’s upscale shopping and dining and Flagler Village’s creative energy, Viceroy Residences embodies cosmopolitan sophistication while offering proximity to Fort Lauderdale’s beaches, arts, nightlife, and waterfront attractions.
