Naples just welcomed one of the most anticipated hospitality openings of the decade: Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, a 125-acre Gulf-front retreat that brings the brand’s signature coastal lifestyle to Old Naples for the first time.

Set on 1,000 feet of shoreline and 125 acres in the heart of Old Naples, this long-anticipated resort instantly becomes one of the region’s most significant hospitality openings, reshaping the standard for beachfront living, design, and world-class service.

Developed by BDT & MSD Partners, The Athens Group, and Four Seasons, the resort introduces 220 meticulously crafted accommodations, including 57 suites, along with five dining concepts, a full-scale spa and wellness center, racquet facilities, expansive event venues, and Naples’ newest golf resort experience. Its social core, Market Square, connects guests and locals through restaurants, retail, and community-driven programming — a true destination within a destination.

The broader 125-acre coastal enclave is also rolling out 153 luxury residences and a Tom Fazio–designed 18-hole course, The Gardens, in partnership with Discovery Land Company, spanning 100 acres and debuting in 2026. The homes — 58 beachfront and 95 golfside — extend Four Seasons service into a private residential setting shaped for elevated Gulf Coast living.

Design throughout the resort is rooted in Old Naples’ timeless coastal charm, realized by Hart Howerton and Champalimaud Design in a refined, residential style. Interiors feature natural textures, soaring spaces, and hand-crafted details, while each guest room includes an expansive ocean-view terrace designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
The most iconic accommodation, the 7,000-square-foot Sabal Suite, debuts in early 2026 with panoramic views, a private circular pool, and a 2,100-square-foot terrace overlooking the Gulf.

Dining spans five distinctive concepts — including the return of beloved HB’s as Old Naples’ only true beachfront restaurant and a reimagined Sunset Bar — plus The Merchant Room by two-time James Beard Award-winner Gavin Kaysen, marking his first restaurant outside the Midwest.
Sanctuary Spa introduces the Gulf Coast’s most expansive wellness destination: a 30,000-square-foot, two-level spa anchored by an inclusive thermal circuit, 13 treatment rooms, VIP suites, a rooftop lap pool, and a 24-hour fitness program developed with trainer Harley Pasternak.

Across the property, experiences range from racquet club programming and beach days to boating excursions, Everglades eco-experiences, and private outings aboard the resort’s Hinckley Picnic Boat. More than 32,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor event space positions the resort as Naples’ premier venue for galas, weddings, and milestone celebrations.

A second wave of openings arrives in 2026, including The Wager — a high-energy gastropub with a four-lane bowling alley, putting green, and game room — The Picture House theatre, the debut of The Gardens golf course by Tom Fazio, and FINS Kids Club, an Everglades-inspired learning and discovery hub.

Now officially open, Naples Beach Club ushers in a transformative moment for Southwest Florida hospitality — a rare Gulf Coast retreat crafted with the scale, ambition, and precision of a flagship Four Seasons destination.
