New ultra-luxury residential, Aston Martin Residences, unveiled in Daytona Beach

Aston Martin has officially announced a new real estate venture in Florida, partnering with Valor Real Estate Development to bring an 18-story ultra-luxury condominium tower to Daytona Beach Shores. Marking the British marque’s latest expansion beyond the automotive world, Aston Martin Residences Daytona Beach Shores will feature 86 oceanfront residences designed in close collaboration between Aston Martin’s design team and Valor’s development experts, with completion slated for 2029.

Located at 3411 South Atlantic Avenue, just minutes from the iconic Daytona International Speedway, the development will span roughly 320,000 square feet and include two penthouse levels with eight double-height units, expansive amenities, and a curated mix of dining concepts — including fine dining and an artisan bakery. Residents will enjoy direct access to Daytona’s world-famous beachfront and sweeping Atlantic views from every residence.

For Aston Martin, the project represents the next phase in its growing global real estate portfolio, which includes the brand’s flagship Miami tower and bespoke townhome in Tokyo’s Omotesandō district. “Real estate is a seamless brand extension,” said Stefano Saporetti, Director of Brand Diversification for Aston Martin. “Our multi-project partnership with Valor is engineered to meet the demand for exclusive, ultra-luxury living opportunities.”

Valor Real Estate Development CEO Moises Agami called the collaboration a defining moment for Daytona’s luxury market: “Every drive deserves a destination, and together with Aston Martin’s unmatched craftsmanship and precision, we’re setting a new benchmark for oceanfront living in a location synonymous with speed.”

The project also draws symbolic ties to Aston Martin’s racing heritage at the nearby Daytona International Speedway — home to the Rolex 24, where the brand’s Vantage models have achieved podium finishes and where the Valkyrie will make its endurance debut in 2026.

Beyond Daytona, the new partnership between Aston Martin and Valor includes future projects already being explored in Mexico City and Tampa Bay, extending the British marque’s design philosophy into new global destinations.
