The Falcone Group, under the leadership of Art Falcone, and Nichols Architects have announced the introduction of a 53-story mixed-use tower within the Miami Worldcenter's Block C, marking a significant step in the Miami Worldcenter development spanning 27 acres across 10 blocks. This new tower aims to blend luxury living with hospitality, situated on NE 10th St and adjacent to notable landmarks like One Thousand Museum Park and Panorama Tower.
Alfonso Costa Jr., COO of the Falcone Group, expressed enthusiasm for the project's potential to meet the growing demand for luxury accommodations in downtown Miami. Nichols Architects, known for their work on prestigious projects such as the W Hotel and EDITION hotels in Miami Beach, as well as the Miami World Towers, are bringing their expertise in luxury and hospitality design to this project.
The tower will feature a mix of retail, dining, residential, and hotel components. The ground and mezzanine floors will host retail spaces and a two-story restaurant that opens onto the promenade, with additional parking. Above, the building will include a hotel with ample meeting space and residential units with access to exclusive two pool decks, including a resident-only retreat on the 10th floor and a 25th-floor hotel pool deck with a bar, lounge, and stunning city views.
The Falcone Group is thrilled to be embarking upon yet another iconic tower in the heart of Miami’s downtown,” said Alfonso Costa Jr, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Falcone Group. “With the city’s continued growth and an ever-increasing desire by people to invest, live, work and vacation here, we are confident this condo-hotel project will meet the mark and exceed the most sophisticated of expectations when it comes to luxury living.
Igor Reyes of Nichols Architects highlighted the innovative design features, such as the strategic division of the building's mass to integrate unique amenities like the 25th-floor pool deck, aiming to make this tower a new Miami landmark.
The project will include 280 hotel rooms, 351 luxury condominiums ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, a gym, spa, meeting spaces, retail, and a large restaurant. A brand partnership for the tower will be announced soon, with plans already submitted for city review.
This tower is poised to further enhance the Miami Worldcenter's role as a dynamic urban hub, showcasing Nichols Architects' commitment to innovative and impactful design in Miami's architectural landscape. Design plans for "Block C, East" will be presented at the upcoming UDRB meeting on March 20th.
