When St. Petersburg’s top-producing agent teams up with the Gulf Coast’s premier independent brokerage, the result is a powerhouse combination poised to reshape the market. Jennifer Thayer has officially joined Michael Saunders & Company to lead the firm’s growing presence in Pinellas County.
Thayer, a $110 million annual producer, is widely recognized for her market expertise, competitive drive, and client-first approach. Over the past decade, she has earned consistent recognition, including City-Wide Agent of the Year (2022–2024), Best Realtor in Tampa Bay (2020), and ranking among the top 1% of agents across city, county, and state.
Her career spans diverse industries—from wellness and yacht design to venture capital—before she turned to real estate in 2005. She quickly made her mark, selling $30 million in her first six months at Signature Place in downtown St. Petersburg and later driving sales at ONE St. Petersburg. More recently, she became the top referring agent for Residences at 400 Central, the 46-story luxury tower set to transform the city skyline.
Joining Michael Saunders & Company, Thayer will lead a six-member group—five of whom are making the move with her from Keller Williams—delivering the high-touch, white-glove service that aligns with the firm’s culture.
