Novikov Miami just brought back its signature Sunday Brunch, and it’s returning bigger, livelier, and more indulgent than before. The Downtown favorite — long known for its high-energy ambiance, artful Chinese-Japanese dishes, and bayfront setting — has officially returned with an all-new, two-hour, all-inclusive brunch experience, turning Sundays into Miami’s most exciting weekly ritual.

The star of the show is the Market Table, an endlessly stocked spread that feels more like an immersive culinary tour. Guests can move from the raw bar to towers of sashimi and nigiri, dim sum, salads, robata, and hot dishes — and to everything from Wagyu tataki and octopus salad to pork bao buns, mango chicken, salmon teriyaki, and crispy dim sum selections. And because brunch isn’t brunch without a finish, the chef’s dessert bar anchors the experience with an ever-changing rotation of sweets.
Drinks follow the same “no holding back” theme. The Premium and Elite tiers unlock bottomless cocktails, sake, and champagne, with a lineup that swings from Wasabi Martinis and Aperol Spritzes to Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Champagne and Laurent-Perrier Rosé Champagne. Non-drinkers get in on the fun too with house-made mocktails like Novikov Iced Tea and Virgin Mojitos.

Signature – $94 | Market Table Only
Premium – $144 | Market Table + Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Champagne & Bottomless Beverage Selection
Elite – $164 | Market Table + Laurent-Perrier Rosé Champagne & Bottomless Beverage Selection
For anyone looking to raise the stakes even higher, the brunch offers premium add-on entrées including Wagyu Ribeye, Roasted Peking Duck, and the Honey Truffle King Crab Leg — the type of dishes that turn an already impressive brunch into something unforgettable.

Between the live DJ, and the open-air terrace overlooking Biscayne Bay, the entire experience feels like the perfect blend of luxury and laid-back Miami energy. Novikov has always thrived on atmosphere and presentation, and this new brunch folds everything the restaurant does best into one long, delicious Sunday afternoon — setting the stage for a perfect ending to Miami Art Week.
Brunch is offered every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Reservations are recommended by booking here or by calling 305-489-1000
