West Palm Beach’s next generation of waterfront living is taking shape along North Flagler Drive, and at Olara, life is designed to revolve around the water.

Rising at 1919 North Flagler Drive with completion targeted for 2028, Olara introduces a 26-story residential tower bringing 275 two- to four-bedroom plus den residences to the Intracoastal. Developed by Savanna, with architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by Gabellini Sheppard Associates, the project is positioned as both a residential landmark and a fully integrated waterfront lifestyle. Floor-to-ceiling glass, expansive terraces, and natural material palettes frame uninterrupted water views, while layouts are designed to extend living outward toward the shoreline.

At the center of the experience is Olara’s private, resident-only marina—an amenity that shifts boating from a weekend activity into an everyday extension of home. Extending 192 feet into the Intracoastal Waterway, the marina will offer dedicated slips, two private house yachts, and a full-service seafaring concierge. Residents can step downstairs and depart within minutes, whether for a spontaneous cruise along Palm Beach Island, a deep-sea fishing trip, or a sunset charter with curated dining on the water.

The design intentionally removes friction between land and sea. Arrival can happen by boat just as easily as by car, with the marina functioning as a true front door for residents. Paddleboarding at sunrise, hosting guests arriving by yacht, or taking a last-minute afternoon escape onto the water becomes part of the daily rhythm rather than a planned event.

That same seamless lifestyle carries throughout the property. More than 80,000 square feet of amenities are layered across the waterfront, including a 13,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor fitness center, a recovery-focused spa with cold plunge and vitality pools, and a waterfront restaurant by José Andrés Group. The amenity program is designed to mirror a private resort, but with a quieter, residential pace and direct connection to the Intracoastal just steps away.

Olara arrives as part of a broader transformation along North Flagler Drive, where a new wave of high-end residential development is reshaping West Palm Beach’s waterfront into one of South Florida’s most desirable corridors.
