OluKai has officially opened its doors at CityPlace in West Palm Beach, bringing the spirit of Aloha to South Florida. The premium Hawaiian-inspired footwear brand debuted its 13th storefront—and 28th retail experience under parent company Archipelago Companies, which also owns melin, Roark, and Kaenon—on October 1, 2025.

The 1,338-square-foot store captures OluKai’s “Anywhere Aloha” ethos, blending Hawaiian warmth with West Palm’s coastal energy. Designed around the theme Planting the Future, the space takes inspiration from the coconut palm, featuring coral-toned floors, handcrafted tropical hardwoods, and a custom green tile wall symbolizing the palm’s trunk. The architecture nods to West Palm’s Spanish colonial revival style, while artwork by Florida-based Devin Noel and Hawaiian artist Vidaloh ties both locales together through shared natural motifs.

Inside, visitors can explore the full range of OluKai footwear for men and women—from sandals and sneakers to slippers, boots, and golf shoes—presented in an environment that celebrates craftsmanship, culture, and community.

A grand opening celebration will take place on November 8, featuring live music by local artist Cole Chase, fresh lei florals, and coconut-inspired beverages. “West Palm Beach, with its modern design and ocean-driven culture, is the perfect place to share OluKai’s mission of living with kindness and purpose,” said Kerry Konrady, the brand’s Chief Marketing Officer.

With its arrival at CityPlace, OluKai joins a growing mixture of retail, dining, wellness and workplace destinations that are redefining downtown West Palm Beach as one of the region’s most dynamic coastal hubs. The district is currently undergoing a major expansion, with marquee additions are already in motion: Alo Yoga, Crate & Barrel, and elevated home-brand Perigold recently opened; luxury fitness brand Equinox is anchoring a nearly 35,000-sq-ft club at 575 Rosemary, across the street from the new Eataly Italian food market, both scheduled to open later this year.

Two new office towers—10 CityPlace and 15 CityPlace—are also currently under construction, further reflecting the district’s shift toward a full-service live/work/play ecosystem.
