Arquitectonica, a globally acclaimed architecture firm, has designed One Brickell City Centre to rise approximately 1,000 feet, offering an unprecedented 1.4 million square feet of office space. This development is a significant addition to the $1.05-billion, 4.9-million-square-foot mixed-use Brickell City Centre, which Swire Properties opened in 2016. This second phase aims to further enhance the urban landscape, creating a lasting impact on the community.
The project boasts a commanding presence in Brickell, with 68 floors encompassing 1.5 million square feet, including some of the largest office floorplates in Miami. It features outdoor terraces on each level, floor-to-ceiling windows, and heightened ceilings, providing sweeping views of the surroundings. The building is seamlessly integrated with Brickell City Centre, offering direct access to an array of retail shops, restaurants, and the Metromover light rail system.
