Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is set to open this month, completing Jumeirah’s trilogy of ocean-inspired hotels along Dubai’s coastline. Designed by world-renowned architect Shaun Killa, this new addition sits next to the Burj Al Arab, completed in 1999, and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, which opened in 1997. Killa, known for his innovative and sustainable designs, also led the architecture of the Museum of the Future.

The resort will feature 386 rooms and suites, along with 82 residences overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Guests will have access to an exclusive collection of nine penthouses and multiple private villas, each designed to offer a high level of privacy and direct ocean views. The property also introduces a 82-berth superyacht marina, catering to yacht owners and visitors, with additional dining and retail spaces enhancing the waterfront experience.

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab’s culinary offerings include 11 restaurants and four bars, collaborating with several Michelin-starred chefs. The lineup features a mix of international and regional cuisines, with signature venues designed to elevate Dubai’s dining scene. The marina will further expand the resort’s culinary footprint, housing four additional restaurants that offer a range of casual and fine dining experiences by the water.

The wellness experience at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is centered around the three-story Talise Spa. This facility includes an indoor infinity pool, multiple treatment rooms, a traditional hammam, and both steam and sauna areas. The spa introduces advanced wellness treatments, including A Remedy Suite featuring four technology-driven therapies: cryotherapy, ChromoSpace light therapy, the iDome Infra-Red Triple Detox Treatment, and a Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber. The wellness center extends beyond the spa, offering a state-of-the-art fitness center, movement studios, and additional outdoor pools spread across the resort.
