Palm Beach Gardens has quietly become one of the country's emerging hubs for longevity medicine. This summer, OneLife Health & Performance moves into a new 6,500-square-foot flagship headquarters in Legacy Place on PGA Boulevard — a major step up in scale for a physician-led practice that has spent the last seven years serving the Palm Beaches around the idea that healthcare should optimize health, performance, recovery, and quality of life long before disease ever develops.

The new flagship adds depth and scale to OneLife's existing program, bringing together diagnostic and treatment technologies that have traditionally lived in separate medical silos. The expanded roster includes hyperbaric oxygen therapy, EBO2 and therapeutic plasma exchange, regenerative and stem cell therapies, PRP and exosome treatments, advanced longevity laboratory testing, DEXA body composition analysis, VO2 Max testing, retinal scanning, hormone optimization, medical weight management, recovery medicine, women's health, and personalized longevity programs — alongside the practice's established aesthetic medicine offering.

The practice is led by founder and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ken Winnard, a Florida State University College of Medicine graduate who has spent more than a decade in longevity and performance medicine. After years inside a traditional clinical setting, Winnard founded OneLife seven years ago as a one-stop destination for restoring health and wellness in the Palm Beaches, and has since worked with professional athletes, executives, entrepreneurs, and public figures while keeping the practice's mission grounded in accessibility — bringing the same protocols and technologies used by elite performers within reach of anyone serious about healthspan, recovery, and aging well.

Florida has steadily emerged as a national center for wellness, longevity, and medical innovation, with new clinics, research centers, and physician-led practices opening across the state in recent years. The OneLife flagship lands at the leading edge of that shift, positioning Palm Beach Gardens alongside Miami, Tampa, and the broader South Florida market as a destination for proactive, preventative care.

What was once a niche concept, focused on extending healthspan, not just lifespan, is steadily moving into the mainstream. OneLife's new flagship represents the next chapter for a practice that has been quietly building this model in the Palm Beaches for years: physician-led, data-driven, and built on the premise that the best time to address aging is well before it becomes a problem.
