Plum Market has officially opened in Palm Beach Gardens, introducing a 30,000-square-foot, experience-driven grocery concept that’s redefining what a neighborhood market can be.

Located at 2410 PGA Boulevard, the newly opened store marks Plum Market’s second full-service Florida location and arrives at a moment when Palm Beach County is seeing a surge in high-income residents and evolving retail expectations. The concept moves far beyond traditional grocery, combining chef-driven prepared foods, a highly curated wine program, and a strong focus on local sourcing to create a destination designed as much for lingering as it is for shopping.

Inside, the store is anchored by expansive prepared food offerings, including hot entrees, composed salads, grab-and-go meals, and in-store sushi, alongside full-service meat and seafood counters, a bakery with fresh breads and pastries, and an artisan cheese and deli program. The produce section emphasizes peak-season and locally sourced items, with partnerships spanning Florida growers and makers such as McGregor’s Greens, Wish Farms, Raway Chocolates, and Funky Buddha Brewery.

One of the standout elements is the wine program, led by Master Sommelier Madeline Triffon—one of fewer than 300 in the world—who has curated a global selection of bottles ranging from rare finds to everyday staples, paired with ongoing tastings and educational events designed to elevate the in-store experience.

The opening week leaned into that experiential focus, featuring wine and champagne tastings, in-store sampling, and interactive moments like a parmesan wheel cracking, reinforcing Plum Market’s positioning as what its founders describe as “the Disneyland of grocery stores”—a place designed to be enjoyed, not rushed through.

Beyond retail, the store is also positioning itself as a community anchor, with charitable contributions tied to its grand opening and a broader goal of becoming a social hub within Palm Beach Gardens. Looking ahead, Plum Market is continuing its Florida expansion with additional locations planned at Palm Beach International Airport and Orlando International Airport later this year, signaling a larger push into high-growth, high-traffic markets.
