Ponce Park Coral Gables unveils an inside look at its lavish amenities set

In a city already renowned for its luxury residential offerings, the Allen Morris Company—one of the most respected real estate firms in the Southeast U.S.—recently launched sales for Ponce Park, Coral Gables, an ultra-luxury mixed-use boutique condominium community. Now unveiling an inside look at its lavish amenities, the eleven-story enclave of just 58 residences is set to pair refined design with a wellness-forward lifestyle program and curated retail moments from Miracle Mile. Designed by John Cunningham of Zyscovich Architects, with interiors by New York–based Meyer Davis, Ponce Park draws from Coral Gables’ Mediterranean heritage while layering in contemporary details of natural stone, Venetian plaster, and artisanal wood and metalwork. Construction is expected to begin in late 2025 with completion scheduled for 2027.

Residences range from two to five bedrooms, spanning 1,900 to 6,500 square feet, with 11–12 foot ceilings, private elevators, and oversized 11-foot-deep balconies outfitted with summer kitchens. Interiors feature chef-grade kitchens with Italian cabinetry, double waterfall stone countertops, and appliances by Sub-Zero, Wolf, and La Cornue, enhanced by smart-home technology and thoughtfully landscaped private outdoor retreat areas.
