The Allen Morris Company has just unveiled the amenity collection for the ultra-amenity drive Ponce Park, an 11-story Coral Gables tower crowned by a rooftop pool and residents' lounge. That rooftop, conceived for relaxation, gathering and entertaining, opens expansive views across the City Beautiful.
The reveal offers a first look at the wellness, hospitality and social spaces designed by Meyer Davis, the studio behind the tower's recently unveiled residence interiors. Rising at 3000 Ponce de Leon Boulevard with architecture by John Cunningham of Zyscovich Architects, the building pairs 58 boutique residences with 22,000 square feet of curated retail.
The amenity floors carry the same natural stone, wood and plaster palette as the residences. It is an extension of the promise stamped on the project itself: quarried in Italy, crafted in Coral Gables.
"Natural materials, sculptural forms and filtered light create continuity throughout the building, while each environment maintains its own character and rhythm," says Will Meyer of Meyer Davis.
Wellness gets its own dedicated spa. Residents walk from a reception lounge into private treatment rooms, then into sauna and steam rooms, with a yoga and Pilates studio finishing the circuit.
Outdoors, landscaped gardens thread between intimate lounge areas and a fire pit. A private conference room rounds out the shared spaces for residents working from home.
At street level, inside that 22,000 square feet of curated retail, Quintín will introduce indoor-outdoor dining along Ponce de Leon Boulevard. The concept comes from Madrid's Quintín Ultramarinos. It will anchor the ground floor.
Ponce Park lands in the middle of a boutique-condominium wave in Coral Gables, rising alongside the 174-residence Cassia Residences, the 74-residence CORA Merrick Park and the 117-residence Seventeen Gables. At 58 homes, it is betting on the smallest, most curated end of that demand.
Construction continues at 3000 Ponce de Leon Boulevard, with completion anticipated in early 2028 and sales handled exclusively by ONE Sotheby's International Realty.
