Prosper Group has announced a landmark joint venture with Belgium’s Versluys Group to develop a $650 million ultra-luxury residential tower on the Miami River in Brickell, marking Versluys’ official U.S. debut. The 60-story waterfront project will rise across three prime parcels—99 SW 7th Street, 66 SW 6th Street, and 625 SW 1st Avenue—featuring 158 residences and more than 300 feet of direct riverfrontage, with completion expected in 2028.

The collaboration brings together Prosper Group’s deep local expertise and Versluys’ century-long legacy of European craftsmanship. “We’re honored to partner with Versluys Group, whose history of exceptional design and precision aligns perfectly with Prosper’s forward-looking vision for Miami’s next great waterfront address,” said Jay Roberts, CEO of Prosper Group.

Founded in 1908, Versluys Group is known throughout Belgium and the Netherlands for its refined coastal developments and the complete renovation of the five-star La Réserve hotel in Knokke-Heist. “This partnership marks a defining chapter for Versluys,” said COO Peter De Decker. “Together, we’re uniting American drive with European finesse to create something truly remarkable.”

Ideally located along the Miami River, the tower will offer unmatched access to Brickell City Centre, Biscayne Bay, and Miami’s most dynamic retail, dining, and financial destinations—underscoring the city’s growing reputation as a global capital of luxury living.
