Pulso Hotel Faria Lima brings new rhythm to São Paulo hospitality

São Paulo has a new heartbeat—and it’s coming from Pulso Hotel Faria Lima. Recently opened this past March 2025, as the debut property of the freshly launched Pulso Hotels, this 57-key retreat is more than a hotel; it’s a showcase of Brazilian creativity, gastronomy, and design.

The property rises within Praça Henrique Monteiro, a striking mixed-use development in the Pinheiros district just off Avenida Faria Lima. Designed entirely by Studio Arthur Casas, the hotel blurs the lines between architecture, interiors, and urban life—delivering modernist precision, natural textures, and a distinctly Brazilian sensibility.

Pulso makes food a centerpiece. Acclaimed chef Charlô Whately leads the culinary vision across three destinations: the refined Charlô Bistrô, the casual-yet-stylish Cha Cha Boulangerie, and the lively Sarau Bar. Each brings a different flavor to the city’s dining scene, together shaping a culinary hub that extends Pulso’s mission of blending local voices with international style.

Wellness takes a dramatic form in a glass pavilion that juts out over landscaped gardens, home to a spa by L’Occitane, gym, sauna, and pool. Just beyond, guests encounter art on a monumental scale: “Mácula,” a soaring installation by Brazilian artist Nuno Ramos, transforms the indoor garden into an immersive cultural statement.

With its first hotel, Pulso announces itself as a new force in hospitality—an experience-driven brand where design, dining, and culture pulse together. Faria Lima sets the tone: a modern São Paulo landmark that embodies the city’s energy while reimagining how hotels can live within their communities.
