Related Ross launches Edgeworth in downtown West Palm Beach

Related Ross has just launched another ultra-luxury condominium development along one of the most sought-after stretches of waterfront in the Palm Beaches. Designed by internationally renowned architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox, Edgeworth will introduce two gracefully curved 28-story towers rising along the Intracoastal, bringing 168 residences with sweeping water views and more than 90,000 square feet of amenities — one of the largest residential amenity collections in the city.

The residences will range from one- to five-bedroom homes, including nine penthouses, with each unit featuring private elevator access and expansive terraces overlooking the Intracoastal and Atlantic Ocean. Interiors are being designed by MAWD | March and White Design, blending contemporary forms with natural materials inspired by the towers’ sculptural architecture and Riviera-style living.

The architecture by Kohn Pedersen Fox will add a striking new presence to South Flagler Drive, with a façade composed of split-faced limestone, bronze, and terrazzo, alongside a landscaped arrival court designed to create a quiet and elegant residential entry experience along the waterfront corridor.

“Edgeworth represents the next chapter of our vision for the West Palm Beach waterfront,” said Bryan Cho, Executive Vice President of Development at Related Ross.

Edgeworth arrives amid surging demand for luxury residences along the South Flagler waterfront, following the momentum of Related Ross’s neighboring South Flagler House, which generated more than $500 million in pre-construction sales in early 2026. The project also joins Shorecrest on the northern stretch of Flagler Drive as part of the developer’s broader strategy to reshape West Palm Beach’s residential skyline.

Residents will have access to an expansive collection of wellness and lifestyle amenities emphasizing health, fitness, and social spaces, though the full amenity lineup has not yet been revealed.

The project also includes a partnership with the historic Family Church campus next door, with funding planned for a new adjacent school and facility designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, further linking the development to the surrounding neighborhood.

Edgeworth represents another major piece of Related Ross’s more than $10 billion investment reshaping West Palm Beach, as the city continues attracting major financial firms including Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, JPMorgan, Wells Fargo, ServiceNow, Point72, and others expanding into the region.

Sales for Edgeworth will launch with residences priced from $2.5 million to $35.5 million.
