Related Ross has officially unveiled a new fitness and wellness concept at Shorecrest, its luxury condominium development rising along North Flagler Drive. In a first-of-its-kind partnership in the region, the project will feature exclusive amenities and programming curated by Equinox—marking a major expansion of the high-performance fitness brand’s lifestyle footprint in South Florida.

At Shorecrest, Equinox will deliver a full suite of private health and wellness amenities, including a state-of-the-art gym with sweeping views of the West Palm Beach skyline, dedicated yoga and Pilates studios, and contrast therapy zones with steam, sauna, and cold plunge features. A private treatment room will also allow residents to book spa services on-site.

On the rooftop, a 75-foot lap pool, hot tub, lounge seating, and an outdoor bar will offer panoramic views of Palm Beach Island, Lake Worth, and the Atlantic Ocean.

In addition to access to these custom-designed amenities, residents will benefit from on-site signature Equinox fitness classes and preferred rates at the new Equinox West Palm Beach club, opening at CityPlace in November 2025. The full lifestyle program will also integrate into the broader Related Life ecosystem—providing residents curated events, social gatherings, and wellness programming designed to foster connection and well-being.

Shorecrest is designed by Roger Ferris + Partners, with interiors by Rottet Studio and landscaping by DS Boca. The development includes 199 residences and penthouses, all backed by Related Ross’s growing presence in West Palm Beach, where the company is leading several transformative residential and commercial projects.
