The new Palm Beach Riverstone apartments on the corner of 45th Street and i95 are set to open this May of 2023.
The building will have 374 studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with various amenities including a pool, spa, gaming area, bistro bar, and a Sky Lounge on the eighth floor. The parking garage will have 675 spaces, with electric car charging stations. The apartments will feature high ceilings, fenced-in yards, remote workstations, wood plank flooring, two-toned kitchen cabinetry, quartz marble countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.
